What We Believe

Offering Skillful Leading and Living to a wide range of organizations has taught us that the pursuit of cooperation, belonging and innovation bears fruit when participants commit to a structured discipline of learning
to learn and grow together. The synergy of cohort learning opens dialogue, builds trust, and transforms relationships.

Culture transformation is the hard-won result of embedding awareness-based practices to  support adaptability, creative collaboration, candid feedback, clear decision-making, and insightful learning. Now, more than ever, we need leaders at all levels who are emotionally literate and capable of self-regulation and accurate sensemaking.

We believe that developing skillful leading and living is essential for our quality of life, the health of our workplace and the wellbeing of society at large.

I’ve spent three plus decades working with leaders who care and want to create a culture where people are engaged, connected and capable of dealing with conflict in a generative way. They imagine a workplace where collaborative relationships thrive and people feel seen, valued, and appreciated. The challenge for these leaders has been where to start, how to build momentum and what practices to implement that will produce lasting results.

I’ve learned that workplace vitality and productivity improve measurably when people are free to play at the outer edges of their comfort zone, trusting that their vulnerability is well held. To this end, I’ve designed an ecology of practices that hone skills of presencing, listening, inquiry, care, and candor.

I have unwavering faith in our potential to collaborate and create a vibrant future. It is this faith that drives me to explore transformative practices and offer them to others.
